Senate Confirms Cardoso As CBN Governor, Four Others As Deputies
The Senate has confirmed the appointment of Dr. Olayemi Cardoso as the substantive Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor.
The Senate on Wednesday unanimously confirmed his appointment after being screened by the lawmakers.
The Senate also confirmed the nomination of the four Deputy Governors of CBN.
The Deputy CBN Governors include: Dr. Bala Bello, Mrs. Emem Nnan Usoro, Muhammad Sani Abdullahi and
Mr. Philip Ikeazor.
